We keep this simple. Here's what we collect and what we do with it.
What We Collect
When you place an order or make an account, we collect the information needed to fill it — your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment processor (Braintree, a PayPal company); we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and tracking, answer your questions, and — only if you sign up — send occasional part alerts. That's it. We don't sell your information to anybody.
Who We Share It With
We only share what's necessary with the services that help us run the store — our payment processor to charge your card, and our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, USPS via ShipStation) to get your parts to you. Nobody else.
If you sign up for part alerts, you can unsubscribe any time. We won't spam you.
